Eligibility and Qualification Criteria
for
W/C Litigation Adjuster Board Certification
“CWCL”

The WCCP and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar have joined forces to produce the Annual Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Forum as an annual CLER event and Certification Review Course for Board Certification of its member attorneys, and an advanced curriculum for those who have received their Board Certification designation as a W/C Adjuster.

Eligibility
Eligibility for W/C Litigation Adjuster Board Certification is limited to those adjusters who have already earned their CWC designations as Board Certified W/C Adjusters.

Qualifications
The following steps are required to earn the “CWCL” designation and become a W/C Litigation Board Certified Adjuster:

  • Current membership in WCCP
  • Attendance at the 2-day Annual Florida Bar W/C Forum
  • Successfully pass an online 25-question Litigation Board Certification qualification exam within 90 days of attendance at the W/C Forum.

Ongoing Certification
Minimum requirements for maintenance of this advance certification is:

  • Current membership in WCCP
  • Attendance at the FL Bar W/C forum at least once every three (3) years or advanced “CWCL” certification status will expire.

*Note: The 25-question exam is required only at initial certification. No more exams are required for maintenance of advance certification status.
