Inhouse CE Services Program

How Will This Work For Me?

Want to Offer a CE Course or Program?
Want to offer a CE course, seminar or program to your employees or clients? You must ensure the materials and speakers are properly certified by the appropriate regulatory entities (i.e., FL Department of Financial Services, Board of Nursing, etc.). Only a state-approved CE Provider like the WCCP can do this.

Thinking Of Becoming a Provider?
If you are thinking of becoming a provider, consider this: Regulations surrounding certification are strictly construed, with numerous duties and responsibilities to which a Provider must adhere. Consider the costs in human capital, the regulatory risks, and the distraction from your core business. Is it worth it? Not when there are experts who can do it more accurately, consistently and cost-effectively. Not when you have the WCCP to do it for you!

Select a Course or Seminar (i.e., a Series of Workshops) for Certification
Simply email the course (Email, Word or Word-Perfect formats) to the WCCP at least 30 days prior to the class date. We will have the course approved and certified and we'll return verification to you, usually within one week, after which your "Course Offering" may be delivered anywhere, anytime by a certified instructor...as long as the course offering is properly scheduled in advance with the DFS (see "Schedule a Course Offering" below). Note: An adjuster cannot get credit for the same course more than once in any 3 year period. When the WCCP provides your certification services, we make sure you don't get caught providing duplicate credit! Note: There is a one-time charge for certification (e.g., 1 hour course - $250) of the course. This gets the course ready for delivery, and no one can deliver your course but you!

Schedule a Course Offering
Once your course is certified, you can deliver it anywhere, anytime. Just let us know via email two weeks prior to when and where you want to deliver your class. We will schedule the course with the appropriate regulatory body, and notify you (usually within 3 business days) when it is cleared for delivery. If you plan to monitor the class yourself, we will email you sign-in sheets and licensee information forms. After the class, simply mail or fax (813-632-9377) these materials to our office, and we handle all further CE processing, certificates, reporting, storage and follow-up Q&A by licensees.

Note: The fee for scheduling and reporting of CE's depends on the number of attendees at your class. For up to 15 attendees, the charge is $100. For 16 to 50 attendees, the charge is $200. The fee increases by $100 for each additional 50 attendees.

Instructor Certification
Anyone delivering a CE course must be approved as an certified instructor. The WCCP can take care of all paperwork and filing for a one-time fee of $50. Contact the WCCP for more details.

Catering
We will be happy to arrange catering services for your class for the cost of food plus 20% handling fee. Just let us know how many attendees you expect. It'll be there when you get there!
