This year's WCCP Annual Claims Management & Leadership Conference is being held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, Bonita Springs, Florida.   Please join us on June 8th - 11th, 2014 as we explore topics that will help us put into action this year's theme, "Going the Distance... Making the Difference."

This three day conference continues to enjoy significant success for its development of claims and medical supervisors, managers and executives from carriers, third party administrators, self insured employers, municipal and government entities.  Year after year our attendees enjoy an event that offers an exciting lineup of local and national keynote speakers with more than a dozen leadership and management general sessions and workshops, all offered in a relaxed and intimate setting that is perfect for business development and relationship building.

"Leadership Lessons Learned the Hard Way" Keynote:
Ed Tate
Tuesday, June 10th, 2014

Journalist and popular television news personality, Mark McEwen, served for many years in a variety of high-profile positions, including anchoring "CBS This Morning" and as the weather and entertainment reporter for "The Early Show." He
was also a correspondent on the CBS News show, "48 Hours."
Mark McEwen was at the top of his game, enjoying a fulfilling family life and career when tragedy struck. Now, in a candid and moving memoir, "Change in the Weather:  After the Stroke” America’s beloved morning-show weatherman
recalls his harrowing journey of rehabilitation from a
massive stroke.

During this year’s Opening Keynote Session, Mark will  inspire each of us on how we can use our own personal adversities to create positive change in our own lives.
Ed Tate is a successful trainer, author, international keynote
speaker and executive known worldwide as "The Speaker Who Energizes, Educates and Entertains.” In one client’s testimony, Ed’s presentation was described as "The measure of a speech is in its ability to change behavior. Ed’s presentation challenged me to re-think some of my own responses, and made me want to change the way I do things”

Join us as Ed jumpstarts our Tuesday schedule with a lot of laughter in this interactive presentation as he shares memorable stories of "leadership lessons learned the hard way”.

As an author and contributor of Motivational Selling, Speaking Secrets of the Champions, and Connect with Any Audience, everyone from Claims Managers to Service Providers will be sure to learn some immediate "take-a-ways” to achieve success within their own organizations.
