Greer Terms of Use (User Agreement) You agree, through your use of pcclaimpros, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. If you violate this agreement, legal action can be taken against you. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have the consent of the owner for use of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, chain letters, and pyramid schemes are also inappropriate for this site. Advertisements and solicitations within the Forums are prohibited and shall be considered inappropriate. The administrators of wccp.org reserve the right to terminate the website use of any of its members. There will be no refunds of paid membership should such action be taken; wccp.org access shall, however, be terminated. Neither WCCP, nor the administrators of this site, bear any responsibility for the posting of material which one or more users may find objectionable. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator of this site immediately. We have the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well. You, as a user of wccp.org, remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the WCCP, and any related websites to the WCCP, for the posting of objectionable or otherwise inappropriate material. The WCCP has the right, but not the obligation, to take any of the following actions at our sole discretion at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice: Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of wccp.org or its Services; Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of pcclaimpros or its Services; Refuse, move, or remove any material that you submit to pcclaimpros for any reason; Refuse, move, or remove any content that is available on pcclaimpros; Deactivate or delete your online access to wccp.org and all related information; Establish general practices and limits concerning the use of pcclaimpros. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for taking any of these actions. Your use of wccp.org is subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms”). We may modify these Terms at any time without notice to you by posting revised Terms on our sites.
