Kids’ Chance believes that we can make a significant difference in the lives of all children affected by a workplace injury by helping them pursue and achieve their educational goals.  Kids’ Chance Awareness Week provides a national platform to increase visibility for the Kids’ Chance mission. When a worker is severely injured or killed on the job, it doesn’t just affect them – it affects their entire family. Thinking about the future is put off, and when the time comes, the cost of higher education can be well out of reach.  That’s where Kids’ Chance can help. If you have a potential scholarship applicant, please submit their information via our website at https://kidschancefl.org/refer-a-student/. 

The Kids’ Chance of America Planning for the Future Initiative is designed to identify potential scholarship applicants, especially those who are not yet of college age. Please share this program with your colleagues who encounter injured workers or their families, especially those that have children who could be eligible for a future scholarship.
